Lancaster County Summer Meals Program

Meals Change:

We will do meals twice next week, Monday, May 18 and Friday, May, May 22. We won’t do food distribution on Monday, May 25, 2020 due to Memorial Day.


We will be handing out final report cards and personal belongings on Tuesday, May 26, from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The third and final packet will be due on this day. You will need to drop this off when you pick up the report card and personal belongings. You will simply pull up through the car rider line, and we will bring the items to you.

Remember the importance of reading at least 20 minutes daily! That is the single biggest factor in increasing reading skills.

You may make contact through the teacher’s email address. Remember that the teacher’s new email address includes the following: Again, you must make this request for each student at MGE.

We are working to request refunds from the tour companies and field trip venues at this time for field trips. If and when we receive refunds, we will begin the reimbursement process. Remember, this includes work on the school and district level. We ask that you please be patient.

Childcare: All children born January 1, 2019 or after will need to have two (2) hepatitis A shots.

School: All children starting 5K in 2020 will need to have two (2) hepatitis A shots.

Bus Passenger Registration for school year 2020-21

The Safety and Transportation Office is now accepting online bus passenger registration for all students for school year 2020-21. Before bus service can be established for next school year parents must complete a bus passenger registration form for each child. We need to register as many as possible online. The process is quick and easy. You can use a tablet, smart phone, laptop or a desktop to complete the form.
